The Horological Society of New York (HSNY) has announced that it will be offering classes in Dallas on May 18th and 19th, 2024. The classes, which cover Horology 101, 102, and 103, are taught by the HSNY’s staff of professional watchmakers and allow attendees to learn the more technical side of watchmaking, where guests will work hands on in learning how a watch movement functions.
Both a 9 AM and a 2:30 PM class will take place on Saturday, May 18th, and a 9 AM class is offered Sunday, May 19th. Each course lasts four hours and covers everything that four individual classes at the New York location would normally cover. The classes will be held at Quartino Ristorante in The Colony. The event is being hosted by Jack Mason, a Dallas-based watch company established in 2015.
